Dear Parents,
Students from Year 5 upwards at WSO have an exciting opportunity to take part in residential trips.
Ecoventure, an outdoor educational service (http://www.ecoventureme.com/), have designed two different non-compulsory trips for GEMS Wellington Academy - Silicon Oasis. One is offered for Year 7 and above, and the other for Year 5 and 6. In addition, World Challenge (http://www.world-challenge.ae/) are offering an international residential trip to Years 7 and above to Nepal. It is possible for students in Year 7 and above to attend both the Ecoventure and the World Challenge trips if they wish to.
The Information Evening for each of the trips is designed for parents to ask questions about the trip and to pick up letters; by attending this meeting, parents are not committing their child to the trip. If you have any questions regarding these trips then please attend the relevant Parent Information Evening. Please see the details below.
